You are permitted to use the leased beats with your MixTape or Demos.

You are not permitted to upload any of these beats for digital distribution

For example: (iTunes, cd baby, Amazon,Google play ) unless you have Exclusive Rights.

Some tracks may contain samples. We are not responsible for Sample Clearance. Please inquire for track details.

These beats are registered and distributed by NochBeats Productions.

NochBeats reserves the right to get the Production Credit.

For Example, If you release a Mixtape or Demo, proper credit must be given on a released song.

Exclusive Beats

All beat sales are final, all beats are exclusive unless they are in a previous beat cd that were released.

We reserve the right to have the name NochBeats on all production credits

We are not responsible for sample clearance.

After purchase, a rep will contact you asap to deliver your clean copy.

You will receive one high 320 mp3 and one wav file of the beat (Stem files are available upon request)

You have 2 weeks after purchase to claim the stem files (please send us an email request for the stem files)

For any additional services, it will cost $75 an hour
